Covid-19/Infection Control Office Policy

Patients who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or other respiratory illnesses (including fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, vomiting, or diarrhea) are asked to notify our office before attending their appointment. Depending on the nature of the visit, alternative arrangements such as rescheduling, virtual care, or additional infection control measures may be recommended.

Masks are available at the front desk.  Masks are encouraged but not mandated .  Masks for patients and visitors may be required in certain clinical situations at the discretion of the physician or clinic staff. Patients should perform hand hygiene upon entering the clinic and follow any posted infection prevention and control measures.

Rooms are cleaned in between patient visits and the clinic has UV filters embedded in the HVAC.

We recommend that all patients be vaccinated for COVID-19 as many of our patients may be immunocompromised.

Our clinic follows current provincial public health guidance and reserves the right to modify infection prevention measures as circumstances evolve.
